Steps to reproduce
Open folder 'LAMMPS' 1. Install LAMMPS package according to the instructions in installing_lammps_upd_dec_2023.txt file; 2. Run lammps with command 'lmp -in control.inp' from subfolders in folders 'MD_annealing_1000K_TiV' and 'MD_annealing_1000K_VCr'.
