Description

This article is investigating sound composition of the onomatopoeic words in the Kyrgyz language from synchronous and diachronic aspects. Phonetic features, the order of sounds in the words composition have been studied, as well as archival materials on the creation of a dictionary of onomatopoeic words were discussed. The purpose of this work was to study the use of vowels and consonants of speech in the words mimicry of the Kyrgyz language.
