Description

Pyoderma gangrenosum (PG) is a neutrophilic dermatosis often associated with systemic disease. It presents with pustules and often well-circumscribed violaceous ulcers. Biologic and corticosteroid immunosuppressive therapy is reserved for severe cases of disease, however Janus Kinase inhibitors (JAKi) are an emerging therapy that have shown positive response in PG cases refractory to conventional treatment. This systematic review evaluates the treatment outcomes of Janus Kinase inhibitors (JAKi) in cases of PG.
