Steps to reproduce
ImageProcessing_HistoVolume_042522 matlab file helps do the image analysis shown in the manuscript. varianms_tg processes the raw fdf mri images in the folder. readMRI_1 uses function varianms_tg to process image and output images and parameters associated with the MRI images. The zip file contains the raw MRI images of some of the mice and directory excel file that contains the T1-Gd images used for this manuscript. The entire raw MRI data set was too large for uploading here. The ImageProcessing_HistoVolume_042522 contains detailed instructions/comments.
