Description

R scripts used to process tracking data for extraction of transcriptional kinetics. Includes script used for creating a model of WT enhancer output based on the parameters extracted from individual enhancer deletions.

Steps to reproduce

These scripts are used in conjunction with .csv files under "Live Imaging Tracking Data". Make sure file paths are correct before running. Appropriate packages must be installed, check the top of each script to find which libraries are used.
