Description

This dataset contains the source data supporting the study “On-Demand Biomanufacturing via Programmed SporeBot.” The study develops a portable and on-demand biomanufacturing platform based on engineered Bacillus subtilis spores encapsulated within polymeric microcapsules. The deposited data include the original experimental data underlying the main and supplementary figures, covering SporeBot fabrication and stability, protein expression and secretion, system optimization, antimicrobial peptide production and activity, vaccine antigen production, virus-like particle assembly, immunogenicity, and related functional validation experiments. These data are provided to support the reproducibility and transparency of the findings reported in the associated manuscript.
