Description

This dataset contains the experimental data from the in vitro and in vivo assays evaluating the effects of the non-pathogenic strain Fusarium oxysporum FO12 on phosphorus (P), iron (Fe), and zinc (Zn) availability and plant nutrient uptake. The in vitro dataset includes measurements of pH, electrical conductivity, and available P, Fe, and Zn in modified Czapek–Dox media containing different mineral sources, with or without FO12 inoculation and CaCO₃ amendment. The in vivo dataset comprises results from pot experiments conducted with sunflower and wheat grown in two contrasting soils (CAL and NCAL) and supplied with complete Hoagland solution or solutions lacking P, Fe, or Zn. Variables include plant height, SPAD index, phenological stage, dry weight, harvest index, FO12 colony-forming units, post-harvest soil properties, plant nutrient concentrations, and P, Fe, and Zn uptake in vegetative and reproductive tissues. It also contains R codes used for statistical analyses and figure generation.
