Synergistic Effects of Fiber Length and Alkali Treatment on the Strength-Thermal Conductivity Coupling in Straw-reinforced cement-based composites
Description
This dataset supports all statistical analysis results from the paper “Fiber Length Dependence of the Effects of Alkali Treatment on the Strength and Thermal Conductivity of Cement-Based Straw Composites.” The dataset consists of two parts: (1) raw test data for 81 test specimens. The raw data table includes the following variables: straw fiber length (2 mm, 5 mm, 10 mm), straw content (6%, 8%, 10%, based on the mass of the cementitious material), modification method (untreated, treated with clean water, treated with strong alkali), compressive strength (MPa), apparent density (kg/m³), specific strength (MPa·kg⁻¹·m³), and thermal conductivity (W·m⁻¹·K⁻¹). Each row corresponds to a single test specimen, for a total of 81 rows. Specific strength is calculated as the ratio of compressive strength to bulk density. (2) a summary table of three-factor analysis of variance. The summary table of the analysis of variance (ANOVA) presents the results of a three-factor full model analysis for the two response variables—specific strength and thermal conductivity—covering the sums of squares, degrees of freedom, mean squares, F-values, and p-values for all main effects, second-order interaction effects, and third-order interaction effects.
