Description

This data include the R1-R2 raw Illumina MiSeq sequences of 16s rDNA (V4-V5) for the analysis of microbiota structure of Guava colonic fermentation. This study include de replicates (R1,R2,R3) sequences for 0, 6, 12, 24 and 48 hours.

Steps to reproduce

The sequences data were obtained from Integrated Microbiome Resource (IMR) service. Illumina MiSeq 2x300. 16s rDNA V4-V5 (515FB = GTGYCAGCMGCCGCGGTAA and 926R = CCGYCAATTYMTTTRAGTTT).
