This dataset contains the source code, processed simulation data, and analysis files associated with the study “Antibody co-administration robustly improves proton therapy with radiosensitizing nanoparticles: a mathematical modeling study”. The C++ source code implements the spatially distributed mathematical model and numerical simulations described in the article. The Excel workbook contains processed simulation outputs underlying the figures and population-level analyses. The Wolfram Mathematica notebook contains the procedures used for data analysis and figure preparation.
