These are raw output data from human proteome microarrays designed to screen for Ig targets. Data were generated by CDI Laboratories Incorporated (https://cdi.bio), using the HuProt™ service. Data are de-identified from human samples and other personal descriptors. Samples were obtained from patients who were patrons of Emory Healthcare facilities. These data describe five patients who developed severe COVID19 disease and were admitted to ICU (COVID ICU Patients), four healthy control subjects (Healthy Controls) and three patients who were admitted into the ICU for non-COVID related respiratory distress.
