Description

This replication package contains the balanced panel dataset and analytical scripts supporting the research article titled "Institutional Quality and the Uneven Digitalization of Public Administration: A Comparative Panel Analysis of OECD Governments, 2010–2024". The dataset covers 38 OECD member economies across 8 biennial survey waves (2010–2024, N = 304 observations), integrating the United Nations E-Government Development Index (EGDI) with the World Bank Worldwide Governance Indicators (WGI: Government Effectiveness, Regulatory Quality, Rule of Law, and Control of Corruption). The package includes the raw/processed panel data files (.csv/.xlsx) and the complete, reproducible Python/Stata econometric scripts used to produce descriptive statistics, two-way fixed effects regressions with Driscoll-Kraay standard errors, between-effects models, and Method of Moments Quantile Regression (MMQR) estimates.
