Bibliometric Data – Lipase-Catalyzed Emollient Ester Synthesis

Description

This dataset contains the research data underlying the bibliometric analysis of lipase-catalyzed emollient ester synthesis. The dataset includes bibliographic records retrieved from the Web of Science database and data generated during the bibliometric analysis using VOSviewer, including information related to authors, countries, and organizations. It also includes manually extracted information from 20 selected publications analyzed in detail to characterize the research trends in this field. The deposited files provide the raw and processed data used to support the analyses and findings reported in the associated research article.

Steps to reproduce

The bibliographic dataset was obtained from the Web of Science database using the search strategy described in the associated article. The retrieved records were exported in plain-text format and used for bibliometric analysis in VOSviewer. Bibliometric networks were generated for authors, countries, and organizations. A subset of 20 publications was subsequently selected for detailed analysis, and relevant information was manually extracted from the full texts according to the criteria described in the associated article.
