Description

Data include source files for the graphics depicted in the publication: High-Throughput Repurposing Screen Reveals Compounds with Activity against Toxoplasma gondii Bradyzoites Taher Uddin, Jing Xia, Yong Fu, Case W. McNamara, Arnab K. Chatterjee, and L. David Sibley* Cite This: https://doi.org/10.1021/acsinfecdis.4c00689 We developed a high through put screen to test pharmacologically active compounds from the LOPAC library against different life cycle stages of Toxoplasma gondii. Data include activities (EC50) against tachyzoites, bradyzoites and host cells to test for potential toxicity. Files include Prism, exported data as CSV, summary data in Table 1, and plasmid maps used to construct reporter parasites.
