Source data for Figure S2D–E: MUC2-associated sex differences in FPBC abundance and predicted microbial functional potential

Description

This dataset contains the individual-level qPCR measurements underlying Figure S2D for six FPBC species in male and female wild-type and Muc2−/− mice, together with the species-level taxonomy and predicted functional annotations underlying Figure S2E. The Figure S2E data include mucin-associated CAZyme-family richness, BSH presence, composite scores for the six FPBC and 332 eligible background species, and the exact null-distribution analysis used to calculate the prespecified one-sided P value. The sequence-based functional analysis is exploratory and does not constitute functional validation.
