Steps to reproduce

The data presented in this supplementary video were obtained during the dermoscopic evaluation of acral melanocytic lesions using a standardized protocol. To distinguish the furrow–ridge pattern and enhance the visibility of the acrosyringia, the lesions were examined under polarized, non-polarized, and UV dermoscopy using the fluorescent effect of a highlighter. Dermoscopy images and video recordings were captured using a dermatoscope (DermLite DL5) attached to a high-resolution camera. No visual processing or enhancement was applied to the images, except for basic video editing (cropping and sequencing). This method can be easily reproduced using similar staining materials (highlighter pen), standard polarized, non-polarized, and UV dermoscopy equipment, and basic video recording tools.
