The data were obtained from secondary sources: Health Information Systems, the Mortality Information System, the Hospital Cancer Registry, the SUS Outpatient Information System, the National Registry of Health Facilities, the National Regulatory Agency for Private Health Insurance and Plans, and the Brazilian Institute of Geography and Statistics.
