This dataset contains the counting data and images of spores for the manuscript: "Dung fungal spore diversity as palaeoecological indicator of grazing: case study Reiherbachtal (Naturpark Solling-Vogler), Germany." by Dippon and Shumilovskikh. The study investigated on dung fungal diversity in different substrates, in order to evaluate the use of dung fungal spores for the reconstruction of grazing.
