The database consists of a set of Excel spreadsheets compiling the data and calculations used in this study to (i) characterize the ground thermal properties and climatic indicators, (ii) estimate the shallow geothermal potential associated with Borehole Heat Exchanger (BHE, closed-loop) systems and Groundwater Heat Exchanger (GWHE, open-loop) systems, and (iii) compute the GPVI index.
