Description

This work aimed to evaluate the implications of pre-coating rat decellularized liver scaffolds with HepG2-derived conditioned medium (CM) on liver extracellular matrix quality. Our findings suggest that pre-coating improves recellularization, promoting HepG2, endothelial and mesenchymal cells adhension, spreading and proliferation. This proteomics shows LAMB1 and FN1 proteins retention in decellularized livers after HepG2-CM coating, as well as extracellular matrix organization and cell adhension proteins clusterization in coated livers interactome.
