Data Set: Factors Influencing the Continuance Intention to Use Water Transportation Applications
Description
This dataset contains survey responses from 158 users of water transportation e-ticketing applications in Indonesia. The purpose of the study was to identify key factors that influence users’ continuance intention to use these digital services. The research adopts a modified Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) framework, incorporating six independent variables: performance expectancy, effort expectancy, facilitating conditions, voluntariness of use, system quality, and social influence, with frequency of use as a moderating variable.

Steps to reproduce
The process of producing this dataset began with designing a survey-based quantitative research design, with the aim of evaluating the relationships between constructs in a model modified from the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) framework. The research instruments were developed by adapting indicators from previous theoretical models to the modified UTAUT Model, all of which were measured using a 5-point Likert scale from “Strongly Disagree” to “Strongly Agree”. The data was collected using a random sampling method, and the total number of respondents was 158. The data was collected through a digital questionnaire using Google Form that was distributed directly at the Merak-Bakauheni Port and online to other application users. The collected data was then cleaned, coded, and organized into .csv format for analysis.
