hESC- and hiPSC-derived Schwann Cell Antibody Array

Description

H1, H7 and H9 hESCs and iPSCs generated from GM01582, GM02623 and GM08398 fibroblasts were differentiated into Schwann cells using an established protocol. Protein expression was quantified in passage three hESC- and iPSC-derived Schwann cells with the Human Antibody Array 1000 Membrane Kit (RayBiotech).

Steps to reproduce

Relative protein levels were quantified using the RayBio Analysis Tool which revealed no statistically significant differentially expressed proteins in hESC- as compared to hiPSC-derived Schwann cells.
