Such journals are regularly discontinued from Scopus.

To calculate the total number of articles and reviews, make an Advanced search in Scopus by "DOCTYPE(ar) OR DOCTYPE(re)" and compete steps 3-6. *In this dataset, only countries with highest number of articles and reviews in discontinued sources and in all sources in any of the studied years are present. Countries with zero articles or reviews in discontinued sources in any of the studied year were excluded.
