Description

Mitochondrial membrane potential (ΔΨm) measured by JC-1 staining was evaluated only in oocytes from reproductively aged mice following bisphenol A and resveratrol exposure. Quantitative red/green fluorescence ratio data are provided for individual oocytes. The data support assessment of mitochondrial function under age-related and exposure-dependent conditions.
