A Q methodology study on perception and willingness to consume edible crickets in Ecuador

Description

The perception and willingness to consume edible crickets as part of diets in Ecuador was determined using a nationwide online survey and the Q methodology technique. The survey questionnaire as well as the Q methodology results obtained after Q factor analysis of the Q sorts are presented.
