Description

We present data assessed in the Seahorse assay, where either IGF-1 was supplemented to the culture medium, PDGF-BB, or IGF-1 and PDGF-BB (mixed group) for two cell types; i.e. New Zealand white rabbit adipose-tissue derived stem cells and New Zealand white rabbit Achilles tenocytes, respectively. The data sets include glycolysis and mitochondrial ATP production rates, oxygen consumption rates (OCR in pmol/min/cells), extracellular acidification rates (ECAR in mpH/min/cells), basal respiration rates and maximum respiration rates.
