High resolution HILIC mass spectrometry analysis of apoplastic fluid of N. benthamiana infected with P. syringae (with and without functional glycosyrin biosynthesis - gsn gene cluster).

Steps to reproduce

Samples were run with an Infinity II 1290 UHPLC coupled to a 6550 iFunnel QTof (Agilent Technologies, Inc.) with an Acquity UPLC BEH Amide column (2.1x100mm, 1.7um) based on Waters application notes, added to the available files.
