Description

The amplitude and peak time of the main ISCEV standard full-field electroretinogram (ERG) components were recorded in volunteers or extracted from clinical records at two centres. The sample included data from both volunteer reference subjects as well as patients who were found to be free from ocular pathology (for example, patients with non-organic visual loss). The active electrodes used were either silver thread electrodes in the lower fornix or gold foil electrodes, the latter being transformed according to the results of a comparison analysis. The combined sample of 407 reference individuals was used to derive age-adjusted reference limits for the main DA 0.01, DA 3, DA 10, LA 30 Hz and LA 3 ERG components. Methods and results are described in detail in: https://doi.org/10.1007/s10633-025-10009-2
