Description
Source release of Operand Engine 0.1, a Python library compiling binary parity constraints and constrained operand pairs into complete executable affine families. The interface supports coefficient decoding, exact membership, invariant-preserving controller transitions, Gray traversal, and XOR decoder generation. This deposit contains the runtime, tests, packaging metadata, and native-coordinate reference examples. Runtime and standard-library audits require no third-party dependencies. The two companion data deposits contain the experiments supporting the three related manuscripts.
