Description

The research data comprises two main components: continuous ground temperature monitoring and electrical resistivity tomography (ERT) measurements. An in-situ monitoring system was established in northeast China affected by human-induced fire disturbances (HIFD), where ground temperature was recorded over an extended period.these datasets provide a comprehensive understanding of how HIFD influences both the thermal dynamics and spatial structure of the Xing’an permafrost, and they offer valuable insights for designing effective fire isolation barriers in permafrost regions of northeast China.
