Replication Package for "The Effects of Seattle's Mandatory Housing Affordability Program on Home Values and Rents"

Description

This replication package contains code required to replicate the findings in the manuscript. Data is not deposited in this repository but can be downloaded for free and public use. Code exactly replicates the tables and figures in the manuscript. The Readme provides instructions for downloading data and replicating results.

Steps to reproduce

All code is written in R, and can be run using R/RStudio. Analyses of the ACS data are in `MHA_final.R`. Analyses of Zillow data are in `MHA_Zillow.R`. These files can be run in any order.
