Description

The goal of this experiment was to identify phosphorylated residues in LmMaf1 in mid-logarithmic phase and stationary phase promastigotes from L. major. This data set contains the mass spectrometry results obtained from proteins obtained by Tandem Affinity Purifications using a L. major cell line that expresses the recombinant Maf1-PTP protein. Obtained peptides were digested with trypsin and chemotrypsin. All the *.csv files contain the peptide sequences and the proteins identified. For these experiments, we used a Synapt G2-Si mass spectrometer (Waters) in High Definition MS/MS mode and compared using ProteinLynx Global SERVER v3.0.3 (Waters, Milford, MA) against a L. major Friedlin strain *.fasta database (downloaded from UniProt, 8038 protein sequences, last modified 27th June 2018).
