Associated data to the annotation of the YMM1 nuclear genome assembly of Ilex paraguariensis: gene predictions-annotations and transcripts

Description

This dataset contains 21 files associated to the annotation of the YMM1 nuclear genome assembly of yerba mate (Ilex paraguariensis). Those files include 16 gene predictions (GFF), 2 gene annotations (GFF) and 3 assembled transcripts lists (fasta). Information is provided regarding the number of gene models or transcripts at each file.
