Steps to reproduce
The methods are found in Sullivan et al. 2025. Quickly, the stream samples were collected and run through a PPL cartridge and eluted with methanol for analysis on FTICRMS. This data was processed using the TEnvR toolbox found in Goranov et al 2023.
