Description of this data

Supplementary Table 1 shows the variable positions in the deduced haplotypes of the ATPSalpha intron. The COI_Accessions_Registrations_Field.fsa file contains the alignment of the COI data in fasta format. The third file is a photograph showing an example of intermediate phenotypes in the A. constricta s.l. complex photographed in situ at Flat Rock Point, Brooklyn, New South Wales.
