Steps to reproduce

1. Place all files (.do and .dta) in the same working directory. 2. Open Stata and run the file Credit_replication_f.do. 3. For appendix tables, run Credit_replication_appendix_f.do. 4. Output tables and figures will be automatically saved in the same directory.
