Data recorded to study encoding of reward location in the hippocampus. Calcium imaging data was recorded from dorsal and intermediate CA1 in mice learning reward locations. Included data consists of processed calcium imaging signal and location tracking data in .csv format. Files are placed in dated and animal-specific directories. The files can be read and processed by R code available at: https://github.com/przemyslawj/hpc-reward-coding.
