, Description
A Shelf-Life Estimation Model built in MATLAB for fresh fruits and vegetables. The model can accept any temperature history, whether simulated or provided by a temperature sensor, and can account for passively-created modified atmospheres. It has been validated experimentally and found to be most accurate for unsealed non-climacteric products. Much effort has been put into making the model setup process as user-friendly as possible as a user manual has been provided.
