Steps to reproduce
Processing time estimates are published by USCIS as ranges (lower and upper bounds in months). Each row represents one form-office-subtype-date combination, normalized to months. Snapshots are captured daily when USCIS publishes new data (typically every 2-4 weeks). DOL PERM rows derive from the DOL FLAG processing-queue dashboard. State Department visa bulletin rows reflect the monthly priority-date publication across 15 preference categories. See schema.json for column definitions; see README.md for full provenance.
