Description

This data was utilized to evaluate the streamflow variability and its causality in Upper Blue Nile River Basin. The datasets include monthly potential evapotranspiration extracted from Climate Research Unit (CRU) (https://data.ceda.ac.uk/badc/cru/data/cru_ts/ ) for each catchments and also precipitation data which are freely downloaded from CHIRPS (https://climateserv.servirglobal.net/). It also contains a shapefile of various catchments within the basin considered in this study. The R code for preparing spatial and temporal and spatial plots for precipitation and potential evapotranspiration is included. More information is available in README.txt file.
