Description

Here we provide the data for boldness and sheltering. Explanatory notes: G = individual infested with glochidia N = No glochidia (control) anatina = Anodontna anatina woodiana = Sinanodonta woodiana Boldness_BIN = binomial variable indicating ‘probability of being bold’, where ‘1’ was assigned to individuals who entered the arena during the first 90 seconds (i.e., 10%) of the fifteen-minute trial Boldness_index = the inverse of the time in seconds it took for each individual to enter the novel area Sheltering_index = the inverse of the time in seconds it took for each individual to enter the shelter Sheltering_BIN = binomial variable indicating ‘probability of sheltering’, where ‘1’ was assigned to the individual who entered the shelter
