Use the Stata data and do file to reproduce the cross-country evidence in the paper. You may need to install additional ados for State (such as "plausexog", "ivreg2" and "outreg2") and change directories as necessary. If you are interested in the individual survey data, please contact daniel.meierrieks@wzb.eu. For reasons of German data protection regulations, it is not possible to upload this data at this time, but individual requests for the data may be honored after consultation.
