This dataset accompanies manuscript DIAMOND-D-26-02796. It contains 119 instrument-exported Raman spectra, instrument metadata, specimen-support images, analysis-ready tables, and code used to reproduce the reported analyses and figures.

Steps to reproduce
Extract the ZIP archive while preserving the directory structure. The raw_data directory contains 119 instrument-exported SPA spectra from three sequential axial Raman scans. Analysis-ready tables are provided in the analysis directory. Install the Python packages listed in requirements.txt and run code/reproduce_analysis_figures.py from the extracted dataset root. Additional acquisition information and file descriptions are provided in README.txt, ANALYSIS_REPRODUCTION_README.md, and the metadata directory. The SPA files can also be inspected using compatible Thermo Scientific OMNIC software.
