Temperature dependences of the real (ε') and the imaginary (ε'') parts of the complex dielectric permittivity (ε* = ε′ – i·ε′′) were studied at different frequencies of the alternating electric field in the range of 25 Hz…2 MHz using a measuring complex which includes a nitrogen cryostat with a RTD temperature sensor (PT100 platinum resistance), Cryotel TC-77 temperature controller (Cryotel, Russia), Wayne Kerr 6505B impedance meter (Wayne Kerr, USA), and a personal computer. Measurement, data recording and calculation of parameters were carried out automatically using specially developed software. The measurements were carried out in the 80−250 K temperature range in the regimes of monotonous heating and cooling at a rate of 0.3 K/min. Measurements were taken in four regimes: zero field cooling (ZFC), zero field heating (ZFH), field cooling (FC) and field heating (FH) with the values of bias electric field E = 0 (for ZFС and ZFH) and 300 V/cm for FС and FH.
