Data includes the dui and nondui arrest rates per 100,000 DVMT, a dry dummy for counties prohibiting alcohol sales, vehicles per 1,000 residents, and police officers per 100,000 DVMT. The spatial matrix W captures contiguity between counties for spatial analysis.
