Description

This dataset presents comprehensive information on scorpion envenomation in the Neotropical Savannah region of Minas Gerais, Brazil. It includes data on scorpion sting cases, deaths, severity, age distribution, schooling level, time to seek medical attention, as well as environmental and socioeconomic factors associated with scorpion occurrence. The dataset covers the period from 2008 to 2021 and encompasses 853 municipalities within the study area.
