Description

Dataset support for an manuscript. MIM devices have been characterized and modeled by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) and charge-discharge transients. We have measured Z, PH, Real and Imaginary part impedances over the range from 0.1Hz to 1MHz for MIM A, MIM B and MIM C. Fitting the results with modified Randles models. Also MIM D was measured from 0.1Hz to 100kHz at different temperature.
