Description

This dataset contains the processed outcome variables and anonymized participant information underlying the statistical analysis presented in the following publication. An 8-week injury prevention exercise program combined with change-of-direction technique training reduces change-of-direction knee joint loading without compromising performance. The processed outcome variables are provided for six repetitions of a 135° change-of-direction movement before and after an 8-week injury prevention exercise program. In addition, this dataset contains anonymized participant information and supplementary information related to the investigated training intervention. The file "Variable_Descriptors" contains an explanation of each variable in "Processed_Outcome_Variables" and "Anonymized_Participant_Information".
