Charlotte WallstenDescription
1. counts of ommatidia and their reflection color for Heliconius cydno alithea butterflies. The counts are separated by eye region and side. 2. mate choice data. Male Heliconius cydno alithea butterflies were offered two female choices. Each hour of video was analyzed, and further details noted if there was a mate choice attempt 3. butterfly metadata. I am also including my two FIJI scripts to count total ommatidia and then yellow ommatidia. These scripts were used to get the numbers in the eyeshine dataset.
