This dataset contains raw and processed experimental data on the growth performance and pollutant removal efficiency of Dactylococcus dissociatus MT1 during tertiary treatment of municipal wastewater. The data include measurements of algal biomass, optical density, nutrient concentrations (NH4–N, NO3–N, and PO4–P), chemical oxygen demand (COD), and pH over time. Experiments were conducted under controlled laboratory conditions using real, synthetic municipal secondary wastewater. The dataset supports the findings of the associated research article and can be used for comparative and reproducibility studies
